Our adult Jiu-Jitsu classes offer a safe space to learn the grappling and self-defense-based art of Gracie Jiu Jitsu. We mix detailed instruction, positional drilling, and live sparring to provide students with numerous opportunities to get realistic and fun training sessions. We offer both gi and no-gi classes. Please see the schedule for more details!
Our kids Jiu-Jitsu classes (Ages 8 and up Monday/Wednesday/Friday) (Ages 4-7 Thursday) are designed to help students learn confidence and self-discipline as well as the ability to defend themselves and limit the risk that they ever become victims of violence. We practice in a safe and friendly environment where our students can build strength, fortitude, and great friendships!
We offer specialized one on one instruction for practitioners who either aren't quite comfortable training in a group session yet, or just want to work on specific details where they feel like they could use some extra help. These private lessons are an additional fee to the regular membership and offer a great opportunity to get extra, personalized attention at your convenience and on your schedule!
